Contacts-Hub privacy notice

This notice describes Contacts-Hub, a private firm tool operated by Science Fair Fund, administered by Anthony Atlas.

Information accessed and used

Depending on the permissions granted to each integration, Contacts-Hub accesses Google account identity information; Gmail message content, headers, labels and selected attachments; Calendar event details, attendees, locations and meeting links; and selected accessible Drive files and their metadata.

The tool uses this information for business relationship records, meeting preparation, request tracking, follow-up preparation, document intake and internal company review. Authorized workflows can also organize Gmail labels, prepare drafts, send configured messages, and create, update or cancel calendar events. Calendar invitations and updates may notify attendees.

Storage and service processing

Copies and derived records can be stored in operator-controlled files, databases, private operational history and backups. The authenticated operational tools are separate from these public information pages.

Selected content may be sent to configured AI services, including Anthropic and OpenAI, for summaries, structured extraction and internal recommendations. Google provides the connected services, and Cloudflare supports website hosting and protected access. Service providers process data under their applicable terms and account settings.

Connecting an account does not make its mailbox, calendar, files or operational records public. Separately authorized messages, invitations or shared materials disclose their selected content to their intended recipients.

Retention and removal

There is no single automatic deletion period across all records. Operational copies and derived records may persist, including in private history and backups. Revoking a Google connection stops future access through that grant; it does not automatically erase information already retained by the tool.

You can review or revoke a connection in your Google Account connections. To request access removal, correction or deletion of retained information, contact Anthony Atlas at aha@sciencefairfund.com. Requests are reviewed against the affected records, operational needs and applicable obligations. Ask for confirmation of the records removed and any remaining retention.
